Shipping policy
We deliver to all destinations within the United Kingdom, based on the following estimated delivery times and fees:
- Orders are shipped from Chelmsford Essex, United Kingdom.
- 1-2 working days – £7.95 basic shipping for mainland UK and £20.00 for International orders. There will be separate delivery costs for highlands and Isle Of Man location.
- Complimentary standard shipping is also available on all online orders over £80 within the UK.
- Please note, if you enter the wrong address and product isn't delivered, you will have to pay for delivery cost for product to be returned and restocked and to be sent a 2nd time which is £4.99
- Order tracking details are provided on all shipping options via email.
- Orders must be placed by 1pm PST to start processing on the same day. Processing time usually takes 1 business day.
- Delivery times are based on orders placed between Monday – Friday.
- Most destinations in the United Kingdom will receive items within 2 business days.
- Please take into account remote destinations in the UK, as it may take an additional 1-2 business days.
